No problem the room was ours until 18:00 and if we needed more nights just had to let them know. Reception a great help, always smiling, on our last day we woke up to Manchester airport being shut, in a panic, I went to reception and requested a late check out.
For what? Absolutely NOTHING!!! Arrived at the hotel in the evening, greeted by a great porter who helped us with our luggage (sorry didn’t get his name) but every time we seen him after he asked our the girls are. I will start with - FANTASTIC! When I booked this hotel in February, the reviews looked good, later on as our stay got closer, the reviews seemed to get worse.
